Raised in Chicago to Mexican parents, Nallely's journey reflects the resilience and adaptability that would become hallmarks of her leadership style. She earned her degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she discovered her passion for problem-solving through econometrics, blending economics and statistics in ways that would shape her analytical approach to business.

Her corporate career took her to the highest levels of consumer goods and beverage industries, where she held strategic roles at PepsiCo and Molson Coors (formerly MillerCoors). Her expertise ranges from leading sales teams and driving strategy for international companies to coaching future leaders. She was known for her ability to master both her core responsibilities and stretch into adjacent areas like capacity planning and supply chain efficiency, Nallely consistently demonstrated the strategic thinking and operational acumen that define exceptional executives.

In 2019, driven by entrepreneurial ambition and a desire to create own path, Nallely made a bold pivot. She simultaneously launched two businesses: Elevar Development, a professional development and strategic consulting company, and Priority Parcels LLC, a last-mile logistics operation. The logistics company thrived during the pandemic, at its peak employing over 130 people and demonstrating her ability to scale operations rapidly while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Through Elevar Development, Nallely has worked with a diverse range of clients from politicians and C-suite executives to recent college graduates providing team-building workshops and leadership development programs. Her approach combines strategic planning with authentic personal storytelling, drawing on her experiences as a Latina executive to help others navigate their own career journeys. She also works with major corporations to help develop and implement processes that are consumer focused and actionable in the current market.

As host of Corporate Cafecito, a podcast focused on Latino professional growth, Nallely creates space for conversations about building an entrepreneurial mindset, navigating corporate America, and bringing up the next generation of Latino leaders. The podcast reflects her commitment to community and her belief in the power of shared experiences to inspire and guide others.

A native of Puerto Rico and a first-generation college graduate, Vale is grateful to the many mentors, coaches, and sponsors who have motivated him to always find ways to create value. In this spirit, Vale has engaged in various leadership and support positions for a range of community and professional organizations focused on preparing and empowering current and future leaders.

In addition to his consulting and corporate work, Vale is a highly acclaimed keynote speaker, moderator, panelist, emcee, and most recently, podcast producer and co-host. Vale resides in the Greater Chicagoland area with his husband, daughter, and two dogs.
